Job posting: ServoPro of Aberdeen/Holmdel – Collections Administrator

SERVPRO of Aberdeen/Holmdel is hiring a Collections Administrator.

Hours:  Currently we are offering this as a part time position with some flexibility.  This can be broken down to approximately 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, or 3 days per week for 8 hours/day.  This can be further discussed during the interview process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to clearly and conscientiously speak with customers regarding outstanding debts
  • Contacting customers via telephone and written communications regarding financial matters
  • Ability to run/apply payments on our current software
  • Ensure that client files are up to date with notes explaining the most current correspondence


Position Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • 1 year of collection/office-related experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and to remain detail oriented
  • Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications


Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
