    Join us as a vendor on Saturday, October 4th 12:00 - 5:00 (rain date Oct. 5th, same time). We sell out every year. First, come - first serve for choice spots.  Location; Terhune Park, Hourihan Field, Broad St. & South St.; choice spots available. Early sign ups receive preference to spot location.

    VENDOR SIGN UP DEADLINE IS SEPT. 22nd or until we are sold out. After Sept. 22nd you may be subject to a price increase if spots are still available

    We provide the space, the advertising and the people.  You provide your own table, chairs, tent/canopy (no larger than 10 x 10, if using one) and electricity.  Further instructions regarding set up time, parking and registration the day of event will be emailed to you from matawanday@gmail.com a week before the event.  You may also use this email for questions.

    ANY vendor selling, sampling, or giving away any consumable product must obtain a Monmouth County Health Permit.  If using propane, a Fire Dept permit will also be required - extra fee involved.  A permit is not needed for wrapped commercial candy or bottled water.

    Become a Sponsor and get your business out in front of the surrounding communities by being included in our advertising campaign on social media, through flyers, in the press and at the event.  You can register to be a sponsor here or email us at matawanday@gmail.com for further information.  

    No refunds unless cancelled by government order then fee is refundable less a 20% administrative fee.

    No political paraphernalia permitted; MACOC is a politically neutral organization.

    We are excited to offer sponsorship opportunities for Matawan Day 2025! As a sponsor, you will increase your brand's visibility and name recognition among the thousands of festival attendees. Our sponsorships offer advertising on a variety of platforms including:

    - banners and flyers around town leading up to the event
    - digital ads during the event
    - recognition on social media at a variety of levels

    Matawan Day draws a diverse crowd of all ages and backgrounds, providing the perfect platform to showcase your brand. Most sponsorships come with a choice vendor spot as well.


    Important information for your vendor spot included in your package:

After Hours – 3rd Tuesday of every month (occasionally on a different night)

BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETINGS (schedule may change due to holiday or other conflicts)

Second Tuesday of the month 6:00 pm- 7:30 pm
Location: varies, occasionally via Zoom
