Community Care Partners is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join in the mission to serve adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
Primary duties: The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides direct support and assistance for a client either in their homes or within the community in efforts of maintaining or increasing the individual’s independence, productivity, social functioning and inclusion within his or her community, while in accordance with his or her service plan.
Schedule: Full time and part time positions are available.
