Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a welcoming Front Desk Assistant to provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner during tax season.

Tax Season Dates: January 2022-April 15, 2022

Tax Season Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM


  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence
  • Schedule client appointments
  • Greet and provide general support to visitors
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
  • Support the President and Office Manager as needed
  • Perform a wide range of administrative duties

Please note this is for a 4 month assignment and the firm needs candidates who are committed to staying for the length of the assignment.
