Some New Elements Made Expo 2017 Another Successful Year!

From Acupuncture to Robots and from Banking to Funerals, the new addition of presentations every 20 minutes added some new opportunities to not only the businesses presenting but to the visitors that came to see what Expo 2017 had to offer.  With all tables sold out, we changed the floor plan a bit to help enhance the flow of the room to ensure that all tables were seen by as many people as possible.  Vendors also had an easier time mingling and meeting each other as well making some key introductions and the beginning of some good collaborations.

Despite a deluge of rain, over 100 people ventured out to learn about the 45 vendors that came to showcase their offerings, services, and merchandise to them.   With help from Adam Saber, of Adam Saber Event Entertainment, who was our MC for the night,  people were reminded of the various sponsors of the night, prizes raffled off and what presentation was scheduled next, giving them plenty to see and do throughout the evening.

We are grateful to all the presentation sponsors and the marketing sponsors for their time and the support of the Expo and to all the vendors as well that supported us with their tables and with many of the raffle prizes.  Below are some of the pictures taken throughout the night by Nicole Hymowitz,  Nicole Hymowitz Photography.

Date Set for the Upcoming 16th Annual Expo 2017!

The date for the Expo has been scheduled for Tuesday, March  28, 2017.
It will be held at the Reception Center at St. Clement, Rt 79 in Matawan.
Some new parts have been added to enhance the Expo experience for all the participants.

15th Annual Business Expo 2016 A Success Once Again!

On Wednesday, April 13th, from  6:00-9:00 pm, forty-eight businesses, professionals and non-profit organizations took tables showcasing their services and products to The Reception Center at St.Clement in Matawan.  More than 150 community and business members from surrounding areas added to the number of attendees.  Whether you came to learn about local tutoring and pre-school centers or about bank loans, financial planning and new mortgage rates, or came to see what care was available for senior citizens or acute care for recovering patients, representatives from these and many of our local non-profit organizations were present to answer questions.  Gift baskets, door prizes and other special treats including hors d’oeuvres all added to the success of the night.

We would like extend our gratitude to all our vendors that not only participated in the event but also provided free product giveaways, door prizes and baskets.
Special thanks goes to our Expo sponsors too for their donated prizes and for helping to make the night possible – Atrium Post Acute Care Center of Matawan, BCB Bank, Bella Vista Country Club, Investors Bank, Kearny Bank, Tiffani’s Vintage Closet, and ConnectOne Bank!

A limited number of Sponsorship opportunities are available which include: SPONSORSHIP TABLES SOLD OUT!
– choosing a Premier table
– placing your business name on all our printed advertising materials
– posting about and thanking your business on social media over several weeks leading up to the Expo.

Not including Premier tables which are reserved for sponsors, there are three Table Levels: Tier I and Tier II along with a limited number of Non-profits.

You will be able to choose your table spot by looking at the attached table charts (garden room and ballroom) and indicating your choice on the vendor application. Tables are reserved on a first come/first serve basis. Don’t delay in sending in your payment and application…tables sell fast! (We will notify you with available tables if your table choice is already taken.)
