All vendor spots for the Matawan Day Street Festival are sold out.  We apologize for the disappointment but we do sometimes have cancellations.  If you would like to be placed on the waiting list, please email us at matawanday@gmail.com with your name, business name, product or service, email address and phone number.

VENDOR SIGN UP DEADLINE IS SEPT. 22nd or until we are sold out. After Sept. 22nd you may be subject to a price increase if spots are still available

Join us as a vendor on Saturday, October 7th 12:00 – 5:00 (rain date Oct. 8th, same time). We sell out every year. First, come – first serve for choice spots.

No refunds unless cancelled by government order then fee is refundable less a 20% administrative fee.

We provide the space, the advertising and the people.  You provide your own table, chairs, tent/canopy (no larger than 10 x 10, if using one) and electricity.  Set up will be at 10:00 am and further instructions regarding set up and spot location will be emailed to you from matawanday@gmail.com a week before the event.  You may also use this email for questions.

ANY vendor selling, sampling, or giving away any consumable product must obtain a Monmouth County Health Permit.  If using propane, a Fire Dept permit will also be required – extra fee involved.  A permit is not needed for wrapped commercial candy or bottled water.
